Photography: Quiet Revellers

I find taking pictures of general public is really difficult. Much of it is in my head, but taking pictures of strangers in this day and age is made to feel like your indulging in some sort of perverted criminal act, even though it's a massive part of photography. For a little practice, I went down the to promenade on a week day, assuming that the people would be much too old to throw a good left hook. I am absolutely rubbish at taking pictures of people but it's something I hope to improve.

All your pics of people are mid-height/ mid-distance. Photo's of people only become interesting when they are close up, far away / zoomed in, or at interesting angles.
